SHIELDSVILLE — Randi Lynn Johnson and PJ Duchene exchanged wedding vows on June 6, 2009, at St. Patrick’s Church in Shieldsville. The Rev. Kevin Finnegan officiated the ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Bernie and Mary Bongers of Faribault, Joe and Kathy Bongers of Faribault, and Janna Johnson and John Lindsey of Enterprise, Ala. The groom is the son of Pat and Mary Duchene of Faribault.

The bride was attended by Eliana Hutchison as matron of honor. Bridal attendants were Sonia Hubly, Jasmine Bongers, Jade Bongers, Andi Mann, Dusti Whitehead, Audra Bultman and Marisarah Duchene.

Attending the groom as best man was “Biff” Bryan Berghoff as best man, with Petey Rohe, Ryan Angelow, Nick Vanerp, Matt Keller, Matt LaCanne, Michael Bongers and Tommy John Miller as groomsmen.

Flower girls were Jedda Bokman, Anna Johnson, Maci Bongers and Katie Miller.

Mason Johnson was ring bearer.





The guests were seated by Jeff (big) Bongers, Jeff (little) Bongers, Cody Larvick and Phil Walters.

Music was provided by Cindy McCormick.

The bride attended high school in Faribault. She also attended Mankato State and Rochester Community-Technical College. She is employed at Southern Heights Dental.

The groom attended high school in Faribault and Dakota County Technical College. He is employed by the Rice County Highway Department.

The couple is planning a wedding trip this winter. They are living in Shieldsville.

Congratulations Randi and PJ: LOVE the picture, how perfect. Anyone that knows "the groom", knows that this pose is perfect for the two of you.
